La Vieille Goutte is a plum brandy from southern France. The various distillates are initially matured separately in oak barrels. After a skilled blending, the final maturation takes place in 2,500-litre oak barrels. The blending process and maturation time are a closely kept secret, and are responsible for La Vieille Goutte’s unique character. La Vieille Goutte is wonderfully fruity with a lingering finish.
