The special feature of "elit", the ultra-luxury variant of Stoli, is the freeze-out filtration. Inspired by the old tradition of storing barrels outdoors in the cold, the vodka is "frozen down" to exactly -18 degrees Celsius. At this temperature, the liquid changes its viscosity and is passed extremely slowly through ionised activated carbon filters. In this way, even the finest impurities are captured and removed. The elements fire and ice are reflected on the bottle. The flame stands for perfection in distillation and the ice crystal for the special filtration. elit by Stoli is molecular perfection and flawless purity and density in one bottle.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Clean and very neutral on the nose with a gentle hint of smoked grain.
Taste: The first sensation in the mouth is silky smooth and very pleasant. Then the classic cereal note develops with a hint of aniseed and pepper.
Finish: Is long-lasting and spicy. A rare taste experience!
