Complex, breathtaking bottles from the Isle of Islay. Bruichladdich was founded on the Isle of Islay in 1881 by brothers Robert William and John Gourlay Harvey. Bruichladdich malts are non-chill filtered and colouring free. This is the only distillery on the Isle of Islay to bottle its own production. Using fresh spring water draws out the malt’s fruitiness.
This single malt whisky was selected by master distiller Jim McEwan to illustrate a classic, floral and elegant approach. This completely unpeated example is characteristic of the house style.
