Both products represent perfection and flavourful authenticity – a unique taste sensation. Carlos I is matured in sherry barrels for at least 10 years, and Carlos I Imperial for 15 years. This long period of ageing has produced a wonderfully full, well-balanced bouquet.

Carlos I is the epitome of fine Spanish brandy. Carefully selected wines from the Jerez region form the basis for its creation. To give Carlos I its typical sweetness, the master brewer adds the finest sweet wines to the distillate. Carlos I is then matured for at least 10 years in the solera system, using nothing but sherry barrels. Carlos I is wonderfully full, soft and well balanced on the nose.

Carlos I Imperial
40% vol.
Carlos I Imperial: The finest wines are distilled, and only the heart is used to create Carlos I Imperial. Exquisite sweet wines are added to round out the distillate, and then it is matured for at least 15 years in sherry barrels using the solera system. Carlos I Imperial has a velvety character with wonderful oak notes.

Carlos I Pedro Ximenez is aged in carefully selected barrels of our PX Solera, founded in 1902. We have created Carlos I PX Solera Gran Reserva to accompany us on a journey of the senses, marked by fruity aromas that mingle with the elegant, sweet touch of toasted cacao and licorice, lent by those unique barrels in which previously Osborne's most precious Pedro Ximenez was aged for over a hundred years.

Carlos I Amontillado finishes its aging process in century-old barrels, individually selected by the cellar master, from the Solera de Amontillado La Honda, founded in 1857.
