Caraway, dill, anise and coriander form the basis of Linie Aquavit. Linie is matured in Oloroso sherry barrels. These are loaded onto ships and spend around 4½ months travelling the world’s oceans. Linie Aquavit visits 35 countries and crosses the equator twice before being bottled. The sea weather conditions and the impact of sherry barrels give it its particular flavour.
