Aalborg Akvavit is a Danish spirit brand. Aalborg is now a leading aquavit producer. This traditional drink, distilled from grain, is enhanced with a variety of herbs and spices. Aalborg primarily uses cardamom, anise, dill and fennel alongside the indispensable caraway. This spicy, tart and fresh spirit is excellent with fish dishes.

Aalborg Taffel Akvavit is the uncrowned king of the aquavit world. Its typical caraway flavour has been an integral part of Danish culture since 1846. Aalborg Taffel is best served chilled. Its alcohol content and intense flavours mean that it goes well with hearty fish and meat dishes.

Jubilaeums Akvavit

Aalborg Jubilaeums Akvavit was created as a tribute to Isidor Henius, the founder of the Danish aquavit tradition. The full-bodied, soft Aalborg Jubilaeums is built around dill and coriander. It has also been matured in white American oak to round out its flavour. It can be chilled or drunk at room temperature. It goes particularly well with fish and poultry.
