Ron Barceló was born in 1929 with the vision of a decanter Julian Barceló, young Spanish entrepreneur, founded Barceló & Co. in the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in 1930. The brand quickly became a reference between local rums and one of the largest and most prestigious Dominican enterprises. With presence in more than 80 countries worldwide, Ron Barceló  becomes in 2018 the most exported dark rum as per IWSR (International Wine and Spirits Research) . A feat accomplished also in 2019.

Barceló Imperial Premium Blend 30 Aniversario is the result of the best alcohols obtained from the fermentation and direct distillation of the precious Dominican sugar cane juice. Aged for up to a decade in American white oak barrels and then aged for two more years in French oak barrels with different degrees of charring.
