Typically aged for five years, Octomore’s barley is extremely heavily peated. With the 15th edition, Bruichladdich Distillery introduces a new series of "heavily peated" Single Malt Octomore.
This experimental trio of limited releases is distilled with the goal of pushing the boundaries of whisky production. By exploring the origins of the barley, the type of casks and the different peat strengths in search of the best possible taste. Each whisky in the 15 series has its own character while remaining true to the typical Octomore DNA.
